கடந்த 25–ந் தேதி இரவு மாணவர்கள் 3 பேரும் திடீரென காணாமல் போய் விட்டனர். இந்த நிலையில், நேற்று மாணவர்கள் மூன்று பேரும் அங்குள்ள சூக் நதியில் இருந்து பிணமாக மீட்கப்பட்டனர். சம்பவம் குறித்து விரார் போலீசார் வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்து விசாரணை நடத்தினார்கள்.
போலீஸ் விசாரணையின் போது பள்ளியின் உடற்கல்வி மற்றும் சமஸ்கிருத ஆசிரியர்கள் மாணவர்கள் மூன்று பேரையும் அடிக்கடி பிரம்பால் அடித்து துன்புறுத்தியது தெரியவந்தது. எனவே தான் மாணவர்கள் விடுதியை விட்டு ஓடி சென்று ஆற்றில் குதித்து தற்கொலை செய்து கொண்டதாக தெரியவந்தது.
இதையடுத்து விரார் போலீசார் தனியார் சர்வதேச பள்ளியில் பணியாற்றி வரும் ஆசிரியர்கள் ரிப்புசுதான் சிவகுமார் கார்த் (வயது32), சந்தீப் ஜன்யா பல்வா ஆகிய இரண்டு பேரை கைது செய்தனர். அவர்கள் மீது தற்கொலைக்கு தூண்டுதல் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் போலீசார் வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்து விசாரணை நடத்தி வருகின்றனர்.

இந்த சம்பவத்துக்கு பள்ளி நிர்வாகமே பொறுப்பு ஏற்க வேண்டும் என்று மாணவர்களின் பெற்றோர் வலியுறுத்தி வருகிறார்கள். பாதுகாப்பு கருதி சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பள்ளிக்கூட வளாகத்தில் பலத்த போலீஸ் பாதுகாப்பு ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு உள்ளன.
